The 29-year-old Nena Trajchevska is playing basketball at C.B. Arxil Pontevedra in Spain. She started playing basketball since she was seven years old, and this is her 15th years that she is playing professional. Van Landslake Lions in Landsmeer tot Triple ThreaT in Haarlem, BC Apollo Amsterdam, en K.T.C. in Overveen; de reis van Hannah Mannaerts, tegenwoordig spelend in het onder 16 team van MBCA Amstelveen, vormde de basis van haar ontwikkeling. De grondbeginselen van het spel werden er niet alleen onderwezen, maar werden omarmd en geïntegreerd in het spel van deze talentvolle belofte. Ze zit op de Basketball Academy Amsterdam in de topsportklas, en haar jumpers en driepunters is wat haar spel kenmerkt tijdens de wedstrijden. Afgelopen zomer kwam er een prachtig moment op haar pad, toen ze de Atlantische Oceaan overstak om deel te nemen aan het Recruiting Boost Netherlands team in Amerika. In het onder 16 team van Recruiting Boost Netherlands schitterde ze als sterk talent, een lichtpuntje om enorm trots op te zijn!

Voorheen hield rolstoelbasketbalster Carina de Rooij zich bezig met turnen. Dat deed ze tot ze 18 jaar was. Na haar ongeluk is ze op haar negentiende begonnen met deze balsport, en kreeg al snel een plek binnen het nationale team. In 2002 was het voor het eerst dat ze voor een toernooi werd geselecteerd. Inmiddels is Carina onderdeel van het Nederlands team dat tegenwoordig medailles in overvloed pakt. Over winnen en vooruitkijken; dat is waar Carina het over zal hebben.

Coming back from a terrible knee injury and getting better. The 20-year-old Enisa Kamerolli from Kosovo knows a lot about that. She is currently studying wellness at the University of Texas, where she also plays college basketball at Tyler Athletics. She shares her story about mental strength and endurance.

Afgelopen seizoen maakte hij een bijzonder seizoen mee: kampioen worden op landelijk niveau met MBCA onder 14. Tim Weijers zit dit jaar in het onder 16 2 team, en zal daarin zich nog meer ontwikkelen.

Spelen op het hoogste niveau, en dan ook in diverse jeugdteams. Skye Love (met nummer 6) is bezig met haar ontwikkeling op het hoogste niveau van Nederland, en wel namens QSTA United in Bemmel bij dames 1. Haar effort is te omschrijven als eentje waarin ze kansen pakt en omzet tot optimaal presteren. Dit brengt haar in alle opzichten ver in haar carrière.

Olivia Lutterodt, a Danish basketball player, has become a great talent on the court. She is playing at Sisu Copenhagen, competing in the highest league of Danish basketball. This past summer, Olivia further solidified her mark on the sport by representing Denmark on the international stage as a vital member of the national under-18 team.
